Dr. Saskia Au
Dr. Saskia Au is our lawyer in charge of civil law including individual labour law for employers. Born in Karl-Marx-Stadt (Chemnitz), she studied law at the Free University of Berlin. With her expertise, Dr. Au advises companies in daily business-related civil law issues (drafting and review of contracts, advice on general terms and conditions, project-related advice, out-of-court dispute resolution). This includes legal accompaniment of complex contract drafting as well as of corporate transactions with regard to civil and employment law issues. As a passionate marathon runner, Dr. Saskia Au passionately represents her clients before the civil and labour courts.

Kathrin von Pochhammer
Kathrin von Pochhammer is our lawyer in charge of corporate law. Born in Boston (USA), she studied law at the Free University in Berlin. In addition to her many years as a lawyer, she also worked for a listed company from 2008 to 2012 and therefore understands her clients' views and working methods. Ms. von Pochhammer has extensive experience in corporate transaction business and in the legal accompaniment of venture capital financing, whereby she knows the needs of founders as well as investors. In addition, good corporate housekeeping for corporations, including the legal support of general meetings of listed corporations, is one of her main areas of expertise. Kathrin von Pochhammer also advises on issues of ongoing capital markets compliance as well as on transactions under capital markets law.
